After two decades working in some of Toronto’s top communications agencies where he was responsible for hiring, developing, and retaining top talent he has spent the last 9 years at IQ PARTNERS working as a trusted advisor helping clients to hire better.
Mark and his team work across multiple industry categories on roles from mid-senior to C-Suite with specialist expertise in Digital, Social, Public Relations, Creative, Media, Data Analytics, CRM and Strategy.

Mark has a lifelong passion for advertising & marketing and prior to IQP worked at companies such as BBDO, Wunderman, and J. Walter Thompson. He got to work on amazing brands in the Automotive, Retail, CPG, Financial Services and Energy industries but counts himself most lucky to have met people to work with and learn from that remain friends and colleagues today.
